BaltLED is an international company, providing LED illumination solutions for signage and general lighting applications all over Europe and other continents. Through our experience in applying LED and lighting control technologies in general lighting, we have already managed to save more than 945 000 € for our customers.

As the quality of our products has a direct impact on working conditions, we are entrusted to do our best that would really enrich people’s lives. Therefore, we provide a specialized range of well-designed, functional and competitive lighting solutions. With these solutions we are helping to reduce electricity bills and create healthier, more productive workplaces for hundreds of industrial and commercial companies.

To expand our  R&D capabilities even further, our team has moved  into The Manufacturing Innovation Valley in Vilnius. The Valley provides a platform for small manufacturers, start-ups, technology developers, and researchers to carry out manufacturing activities, create digital innovations and prototypes, and test their innovative ideas. It offers the right facilities, manufacturing equipment, and expert advice in around 20 different technological areas. Baltled is one of the major partners and investors of Valley ecosystem development.

When it comes to creating new products, we take the inspiration from the needs of our customers, but also think ahead so we can provide the market with something new.  To make one product it takes 3 months of hard work until first prototype emerges and 2 more of testing to make sure it really has all the desired technical characteristics. Each year we usually release 2-6 new products and up to 7 product upgrades. On a daily basis we are working to tame the light.  

Up to 10.000. This is a number of LED modules we can produce per day at our production facility in Lithuania, Europe. Today, we have two production lines – one for signage LED modules, another for LED luminaires. By having production in Lithuania and storing products on site, we can ensure a faster delivery chain for European customers, even same day shipping on in-stock products. 

We are certified at  ISO 9001:2015  standard and various of our products are awarded the " Product of the Year " with gold and silver medals by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.

To ensure the innovation and best quality of our solutions, we constantly invest in R&D development and the growth of production capacity. Therefore, an expansion of 1100 square meters in the production area and  digitization of production  processes are planned in the future.

 The first stage of digitization – implementing the RoboCUT robot in our production. The robot will transform the packaging development and packaging process into an efficient, sustainable, flexible, and fast process. Robot’s exceptional technical features will allow us to quickly produce different dimensions packages that can be used immediately.
