General information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is in stock and the order is confirmed before 14:00 (GMT+3), it will be shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after 15:00 (GMT+3) are shipped on the next working day.
If the item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you when the item will be produced and shipped. The delivery time of pre-order products varies from 3 to 11 weeks.

Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the product availability. Delivery time is between 5 to 15 working days if the product is in stock. If the product is pre-ordered, it will be delivered between 3 to 11 weeks.

Please note that we ship only on weekdays until 16:30 (GMT+3) excluding public holidays in Lithuania.
Shipping Costs
Shipment costs are not included in the item price and are subject to the weight of your order, chosen delivery method, and the delivery location.
The delivery price will be automatically calculated during the check-out process. In non-standard shipping circumstances, you will be contacted by our sales specialists.
Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address but only if products have not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us via credentials written down below or contact your sales specialist.
Please note: After changing the delivery address the cost and time of the delivery might change.
Will I receive the delivery tracking number?
Yes, we will send you all information via email about the package with its tracking number once we ship it. You will be able to find information about it on your account as well.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We ship almost anywhere in the world, however, there might be some issues if your delivery address is in one of NVS countries or other hard-to-reach regions. To know if we will be able to deliver to your country, please reach out to us via contacts down below or talk to your sales specialist.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it is not confirmed and shipped.
In other cases, if you already received your order, you could reach out to us to start the return process.
