How it all began?

In 2005 one of the co-founders of BaltLED visits his friend a professor at  Vilnius University. The professor at the moment happens to be working  on the LED based illumination for green houses to enhance the vegetation  of plants. The conversation turns towards new developments in LED  technology. Here and now the idea to adopt LED technology for signage  illumination appears. Less than in a year, BaltLED is found and produce  country’s first LED illuminated sign.

2004
 Developments in LED technology raised an idea to adopt LED into signage

 

2006
 Introduced full solutions: LED modules and power supplies
We began to sell products to EU countries

 

2008
Vertical and horizonal LED strips are developed. It instantly become popular among the clients.

 

2010
SMD type LED technology introduced to majority of products.
Constant voltage LED drivers are launched

 

2012
Began to develop general lighting solutions

 

 

2014
Developed 2W LED modules 
Joined LPK LINPRA 
IP 65 series are launched for industrial applications  

 

2016
Started partnership with Japan 
Retrofit Tubes are introduced

Launched Signbridge LED drivers and Crown Opto A modules

 BaltLED is found. We are the first to offer LED in signage in Lithuania

2007

Introduced Christmas lights and RGB modules.

2009

First in the market to offer efficient light distribution using LED with optics.
Expansion continues – first steps in Russian market.

2011

Research and development department formed

2013

First in the world to introduce 9 V LED technology in signage. Launched first general lighting products – backlit panel and LED downlights.

2015

Expanded our precense to CIS, Africa and Middle East 
Full-coverage industrial and commercial luminaires introduced
Celebrating 10th anniversary

2017

Started to build factory in Serdokai, Lithuania
4 more products are launched

2019

Won the biggest project in Baltled history for Paris bus stations lighting replacement. 
Factory became ISO 9001 certified and implemented Lean working system and culture.

Quality born in Europe

Up to 10.000. This is a number of LED modules we can produce per day at our production facility in Lithuania, Europe. Today, we have two production lines – one for signage LED modules, another for LED luminaires. By having production in Lithuania and storing products on site, we can ensure a faster delivery chain for European customers, even same day shipping on in-stock products.

We are certified at ISO 9001:2015 standard and variuos of our products are awarded the "Product of the Year" with gold and silver medals by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists

To ensure the innovation and best quality of our solutions, we constantly invest in R&D development and the growth of production capacity. Therefore, there is planned an expansion of 1100 m2 in production area and digitization of production processes are planned in the future. The first stage of digitization – implementing the RoboCUT robot in our production. The robot will transform the packaging development and packaging process into an efficient, sustainable, flexible, and fast process. Robot’s exceptional technical features will allow us to quickly produce different dimensions packages that can be used immediately.
